Really fantastic stay thank you! Facilities were beyond expectations, apartments were huge and very well appointed. Service was absolutely brilliant with great communication throughout the stay. We had a brilliant time.

Servizio impeccabile.

I very much enjoy stays, atmosphere and friendliness in your hotel. The breakfast with your orange juice maker, extraordinary coffee machine with great milk foam, salsiccia, sausage and cheese is a real plus. Cons: Only one thing I didn't like. the sofa in your hotel rooms is not comfortable. I cannot use it. I am sitting much too low and sinking down too far.

2026-08-16

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food & drinks. Based on the description during the booking process I didn’t expect such a quality.

2026-07-25

Super clean linens! They were crisp and spotless. My kids also loved the jacuzzi in our apartment and we loved the outdoor terrace that was kid proof and yet allowed us to experience a great breeze and hear the sounds of the harbor. We loved the indoor pool that was warm as well and loved that we could rent bikes! It was a wonderful stay.

Roberta! She was so spot on and helpful. Agave was a port in the storm after coming in late on the Moby and missing our train. Turned out to one of the most romantic evenings on our trip. The dinner across the channel and the beautiful room. Thank you

2026-06-07

Absolutely loved and enjoyed our time with you guys. Location was amazing and had a wonderful selection of restaurants around. Would absolutely come Back and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Italy to visit Livorno

2026-06-07

We absolutely loved everything about our stay- we had two apartments for our family and it worked so beautifully.

2026-06-04

Nice pool. Terrific staff. Spacious and very comfortable accommodations.

2026-06-04

Having to pay extra for fresh towels was a disappointment and extra for caffe pods for the apartment was also disappointing

2026-06-04

The pool

2026-06-02

The view from our room (501) was amazing. It would be great if there was a bit of shade on the patio. The hotel is very nice overall, but we found it strange that small items (like a Lotus cookie) weren't free. We were surprised to be charged for a laundry token after we were told that we couldn't have laundry service with a three-day turn around. (It would have been nice to be comped for that.) It was also odd to be charged for fresh towels.

2026-05-31

The staff, all the ladies very efficient

2026-05-21

2026-05-02

the apartment was amazing. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the jacuzzi. It was also nice that there was a gym. It is a perfect base for day trips to places like Lucca and Florence. Public transport is easy to get to. You can also easily walk into the center for a drink or a nice meal, or take a tour along the coast with the bikes at your disposal. We didn't make use of the breakfast buffet, but it was nice that we could get fresh chilled water at any time.

2026-04-25

Excellent accueil et séjour.

2026-04-24

2026-04-23

2026-04-13

The reception staff were extremely helpful efficient and friendly nothing was too hard ,the same for the cleaning staff everything is super clean ,the lovely room and the poo,l spa ,bikes garden all the little things that added up to a wonderful stay the only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave .

2026-04-12

The hotel is very cosy and we enjoy a lot in the swimming pool. Recommended 👍

2026-03-29

2026-03-27

The kind and professional staff were so welcoming and energized. Our suite was 'upgraded' and we were extremely appreciative of that. Location proximity to the ferry terminal and city centre were very positive. We relished in the sauna and pool. I am looking forward to coming back to your tremendous, hospitable guest location

2026-03-27

2026-03-16

Everything really but most of all the quality of the sheets

2026-03-13

I liked the offering ofthe pool, gym facility and especially the bikes. Having a slight problem with my kneeand finding walking on uneven surfaces painfull I made maximum use of the bicycles. Not new or stylkish they are a welcome feature that could be emphassised in the promotion. I did not like the charges for snacks etc and sevicing the room etc - there were too many 'chargeable extras. Apartment 101 mis very spacious thank you, it could be made more welcoming with some pictures on the walls, ornaments and rugs to move away from the austeer bland appearance. Altogether however it was a good place for our short (3 night ) stay in Livorno. We look froward to returning.
