Our holiday was excellent. The staff were outstanding especially Gladys who greeted us on reception and Filomena who gave such good attention to John’s dietary needs. We enjoyed meeting the chef who cooked the wonderful food and the staff at breakfast and the young men who were serving were a pleasure to meet. Dinners were 5 star Michelin quality! We enjoyed the Sunday evening reception and the attention of the bar staff. The pianist was superb. The bedroom was lovely and kept so clean and neat by the housekeeping staff. We enjoyed the pool which was spotlessly clean and tidy.

Gladys was lovely on reception. Greeted us kindly and showed us around the hotel on arrival. Patrick on the bar was friendly, professional and fun! We were a group of 5 ladies and he remembered what we had to drink the night before and our room numbers. Bogdan was the star of the dining room. Great friendly service even when we were choosing items a little different from the menu. Attentive and very polite. Loved Bogdan ❤️

We were so impressed with the hotel from the moment Gladys welcomed us, took us around and showed us to our room. The food was exceptional and the chef and waiting staff dealt with my husbands gluten free diet with no fuss. The choice and quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was outstanding. All the waiting staff were helpful friendly and efficient. The bedrooms were kept beautifully clean. The pool and sauna area were such a treat and well looked after and clean Everything was superb!
