I am a very experienced traveller, both for work and pleasure, and I have to say that my stay at Cass sull’albero surpassed all expectations. The location and facilities are superb. But it was the extraordinarily high quality of service that elevated our stay to the highest level. Every member of staff was wonderful. The ladies in reception were all really friendly and helpful, as were the staff in the restaurant to. I caught the name of one staff member only, Elisabetta. She checked us is and showed us around, which was a special experience. Congratulations on running a superb establishment. I hope to visit again soon.

Thank you for being great! Super helpful on arrival, love the idea of the honesty kitchen, a real home from home experience. Great service from everyone we met, including the sister hotel cocktail bar and restaurant. I have nothing bad to say but if I had to be picky it would just be that the room was on the small side. However the terrace and the view more than made up for it. Thanks for a lovely stay, we would love to come back.

The ladies who took care of us at breakfast were exceptional. They gave very personal service and helped us relax as a family together.
