The young woman who checked us in was an absolute success in making us feel welcomed, conveying to us that nothing was too much trouble and being warm, friendly and professional. This attitude continued throughout our stay. The staff attending at breakfast were very good. They were appropriately attentive, noticed when a particular food was low and refilled it, and kept a very good level of availability at all times.

The staff at the Hotel Central Tirano was exceptionally courteous, professional and helpful. I had to rest at the hotel because of a minor foot injury, and the woman at the desk brought up water and blue ice, and let me know I could ask for any help during the day including food delivery. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I’m a diabetic that needs insulin daily. Unfortunately I left my insulin pens in my room refrigerator when I left. Thanks to the staff at the hotel, they express mailed my insulin to me at my next stop. I received my insulin today. Thank you Central Hotel staff for resolving my problem!
