The Oswald Grand Hotel

2026-09-28

Thank you for an amazing stay 😍

2026-09-28

We checked in on September 25th, which was my husband's birthday. After enjoying the spa, we returned to our room to find a wonderful surprise: a small cake with a candle and a few slices of fruit. We were already so impressed by the spa facilities, but this thoughtful gesture truly touched us. If we visit the Dolomites again, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

2026-09-26

2026-08-25

2026-08-25

We were extremely happy with our stay. The room was excelent. Staff at the spa area was truely helpfull and service minded giving a great introduction.

2026-06-29

Cortesia e disponibilità eccellenti

2026-06-28

We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from the hotel staff in all areas, and especially notably the chamber maid, the reception staff, and the dining room staff led by Antonio. What a superb asset that man is! He made our stay especially memorable. The low scores for the lounge, by the way, arise because that is an area we did not use and there was no way to record that in the questionnaire. The only small negative of our stay not mentioned so far was the stern and severe nature of the manager. He often seemed to be looking for fault, and never once spoke to us during our stay. I can only recall two occasions when I saw him smile, and only one of those was in our presence. This was so much in contrast with the attitude of the rest of the hotel staff that it was very noticeable, and lingers in the memory. Finally, the reason we are unlikely to return is no fault of the Hotel Oswald. It is simply that time has caught up with us, and we find ourselves becoming too infirm for the walking that we love. We wholeheartedly wish you success and prosperity for the future. Tony and Alison Nicol

2026-06-28

2026-06-08

We had a pleasant stay! Thank you

2026-06-06

2026-04-04

Gutes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern

2026-04-03

We’ve had a very Nice stay!!

2026-03-26

Bravi!!!

Spa Bereich wirklich sehr gelungen, freundliches Personal

2026-02-14

We just arrived back from a week at The Oswald today. What a brilliant stay we had! Of course we loved Selva and the mountains and our skiing but this was made all the better with our stay at The Oswald. The Sky Pool and Spa area are a superb addition and offer a great alternative to skiing when the weather is bad or when relaxation and recuperation are required. We were half board and enjoyed the choices at both breakfast and dinner. Every member of staff made us feel welcome - from the lady who cleaned our room (Room 311) to the waiters, the Reception staff, the excellent barman, the lady at The Sky Pool, the Shuttle bus driver and the great advice he gave us and especially Rosario! Rosario went above and beyond to make our stay special. Not only did he make sure my wife had poached eggs, when the fried eggs were cold, and poached eggs were not even on the menu but he was so attentive whenever we saw him. He never failed to give that personal touch - called us by our name, reordered our favourite wine when it ran out and kept the leftover wine we had purchased and made sure it was on our table ready and waiting the next evening. Rosario’s calm professionalism ensured breakfast through to dinner was always an enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend a stay at The Oswald and would love to come back in the future.

2026-02-15

Thank you to Team Hotel Oswald for a great stay. Very polite and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service all throughout my stay. Thank you!

2026-01-25

We had a lovely stay again. All the staff were fabulous and helpful. I did think that the ski room could have had racks outside the lockers as we had to lean skis against the wall when we were getting ready - I think the walls will get marked. Other than that, all the renovations were gorgeous!

2026-01-25

Thank you all for providing a friendly and efficient service throughout my stay.

2026-01-18

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Oswald. The spa area was amazing and we were very satisfied. We had a 10 year anniversary during our stay and would've really appreciated some kind of gesture but we were informed that the hotel doesn't provide anything extra for special occassion. Before our arrival we figured that some kind of gesture would maybe not be a possibility. Nonetheless, we were really grateful for everything and happy with our choice of stay in Selva. The room for ski and snowboard equipment was fantastic and we used that every day during our stay. We hope to stay with you again in the future.

2026-01-18

All staff very professional, pleasant and friendly.

Grazie ancora e a presto!

Mi raccomando non cambiate lo chef 😉
