An excellent stay enhanced by staff who were very accommodating and helpful. One of the reasons for returning to this Hotel was the quality of the staff and even though most had changed the quality has been maintained. This has encouraged us to make plans for a future visit.

Once again, we cannot thank you enough for yet another wonderful holiday We can only assume you take the greatest of care when employing your staff, as each and every one of them is exceptional. The work which has been carried out over the past year is unbelievable. The hotel is more beautiful every time we visit, and it shows you are constantly looking for ways to improve what, to be honest, we already thought was perfect The hotel is kept spotlessly clean by the lovely ladies who care for all the rooms, and they are all so friendly The Reception staff are second to none, and are so welcoming, helpful and friendly The Restaurant staff led by Lorenzo are amazing. No matter how busy they are they always have time for a smile and a quick chat. The bar staff are EXCEPTIONAL led by Michelangelo who constantly performs nothing short of miracles. He is truly one of a kind, and is so eager to please. We watch him and he is on the go constantly. When it looks like there is nothing he needs to do, he finds something. He is a quite extraordinary gentleman His daughter now works at Reception and she is a stunningly beautiful young woman, and an absolute joy to know. She is so well suited to her role in welcoming guests to this beautiful hotel. Finally the Management, led by Arturo. We have never encountered such a high level of hands on management. Arturo is happy to help in the restaurant, behind the bar or at Reception, really just wherever he feels he would be helpful These people are no longer hotel management and workers to us, they are friends and we value their friendship beyond words
