2026-08-12

Personnel adorable et efficace Lieu superbe

It was the most lovely holiday, thank you to all the staff especially Noel and Tiziano who went above and beyond to help my little boy when he was unwell. The treats of sorbet and cold flannels around the pool was a delight and my children listened out for the knock on the door every evening for the little chocolates that were given out. Breakfast was superb and I have never slept so well on holiday your beds and pillows were very comfortable.

2026-07-19

Tag. Alternativ in Ihrem Appartement.

2026-07-09

We loved our stay. The location is beautiful, the food and beverages were excellent and the staff were very kind, helpful and attentive.

2026-07-09

Thank you for making our first visit to Lake Garda so memorable. We had a fantastic stay

2026-07-09

2026-07-06

Well done to the team for a memorable stay!

2026-07-05

2026-07-05

Sehr wohlgefühlt

2026-07-02

We had a wonderful stay with you again and look forward to staying again next year. Lovely to see Marina and other staff again.

2026-07-03

We love this hotel, very relaxing, quiet and right on the lake. Great location for visiting other areas. Staff are amazing and so welcoming, lovely to see the same faces from last year! Rooms are comfortable, and have great views of the lake, mountains and swimming pool.

2026-07-02

Sehr freundliches Personal.

2026-07-02

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is stunning, the pool and lake wonderful, staff were attentive and helpful and friendly.

2026-07-01

Front desk staff (all shifts) were very friendly and helpful and always smiling, bar staff however were a little less efficient, we always had to go to the bar to order, we were never approached around the pool to ask if we required any refreshments, certain members of staff were efficient but a little aloof and unfriendly, we loved the little touches of cold towels and complimentary iced lemonade to keep us cool. So thankyou!

2026-06-30

We had a wonderful family vacation at your hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and professional. The facilities that we made use of were fantastic. We would definitely return and would recommend your hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

2026-06-30

Das Unternehmen ist sehr gut geführt

2026-06-29

We appreciate it a lot our stay at Hotel Spiaggia d oro. You improved the restaurant. The cooking was excellent and the service was nice as always.

2026-06-29

2026-06-28

Merci pour votre accueil. Nous reviendrons.

2026-06-28

I kust wanted to thank you all for a great holiday. We are definitely planning to come back. Special thanks to Martina and Cristina who were both very helpful and the bar staff - also the two ladies who cleaned our room were amazing (203) - the hotel and pool were just what we were looking for. One small suggestion would be for the restaurant - I am not sure if that is a seperate venture from the hotel but if the chef could put one or two more traditional food options on we think you would get more guests eating at La Veranda. On the whole though really no complaints here!

2026-06-27

You have an amazing hotel. The staff, except the one issue with the waiter, are so very pleasant and helpful. I can’t express how much how lovely it is to stay with you. I would highly recommend your hotel, well done you are doing such a good job. I feel like I’m at home with you!

2026-06-27

2026-06-23

An excellent stay overall, asides from the issues with the bathroom, and absolutely loved the access to paddle boards / kayaks!

2026-06-23

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber. Tolle Anlage. Schönes Frühstück, frische Säfte, Super Klimaanlage Kostenfreier EBike Verleih sehr großzügig Leckere Lunchkarte! Parmaschinken war hervorragend. Schöne Liegen & Schirme, schöne Sitzpolster Gute Ausstattung im Badezimmer - Amenities & Handtücher,

2026-06-23

Despite lunch service being slow, I still love the hotel and will be back. It’s one of our favourites. Love the reception staff, room, location and beautiful gardens. It’s great. Just lunchtime service letting the hotel down, that’s all. Another downside was that men’s loo was out of order and the women’s was flushing all the time.

2026-06-22

Altogether, very pleased.

2026-06-22

Loved the hotel - breakfast was great. House keeping was phenomenal. Really clean everywhere

2026-06-22

In general a great place, continue like you do.

2026-06-21

2026-06-21

We have been delighted with our stay. A perfect location and loved having direct access to the lake and the pontoon. Staff have been friendly and helpful. A high standard of food and hospitality. Our room was made up beautifully and kept very clean. Thank you. We hope to return inland will certainly recommend it to our friends and family.

2026-06-20

We really loved our stay with you and hope to visit again. Would have preferred a shower rather than bath and next time will try to remember to request. Also breakfast was sometimes slow as v few staff and had to wait for bowls or top up of food etc.

2026-06-19

Thank you, we had a lovely stay - but please read comments above. Young lady on reception with curly hair was very friendly and polite - give her a rise! :)

2026-06-18

Above all, we want to thank Marina, your breakfast manager for our breakfast. My wife and I have stayed at other hotels, Marina's breakfast was the best ever. Add to that her personal friendlyness and attentive to our satisfaction. I am also thankful to the managemant, and wait staff for a friendly atmosphere, making us feel welcome (Inspite of snobby guests).

2026-06-18

Davvero eccezionale! Mi è piaciuto molto lo stile retrò dell'hotel. So che è stato un punto di discussione in altre recensioni, ma per me è molto stile "White Lotus". Abbiamo già consigliato lo Spiaggia D'Oro agli amici nel caso andassero in quella zona. Speriamo di tornarci anche noi!

2026-05-24

2026-05-24

Thank you for making our stay pleasant and perfect!

2026-05-24

2026-05-24

2026-05-24

Deshalb 10 Punkte! Liebe Grüße Fam. Ute und Bernd Stegemann
