Maria and her team in the breakfast area were excellent, always very attentive and producing an amazing choice beautifully displayed. Everything we asked they did their best to accommodate. Also Graziana and Karina at reception were also so helpful when our flights from Catania were cancelled on the morning we were due to leave. Graziana came up with great suggestions to help us get alternative flights home the same evening. They both helped us to book ferry crossings to Malta and transfers to get us to Palazzo in time. We caught flights home from Malta when all flights from Palermo and Naples were full. We couldn’t thank them enough for their help.

I loved our stay at Villa Fiorita in Taormina. I could not find fault if I tried and would not hesitate at all to recommend this hotel to my friends. The staff went above and beyond on several occasions to accommodate request from our small group of ladies. They were cheerful and appeared to genuinely want do what they could to make our stay pleasant. The check in staff, housekeeping, breakfast staff, pool bar staff were all phenomenal. Marija in the restaurant is superb. She is truly exceptional. The service, the professionalism, along with the quality of the food when she is there is outstanding. When she has a day off there is a marked difference. On her day off the water under the hot food was so hot that the food kept cooking to the point that the scrambled eggs became a solid mess. The staff’ solution was to lift the lids so the food can cool down leading to cold inedible food. Without Marija there clearly things go wrong. Apart from The hot food mess on that day, the staff were friendly and professional. But they needed her to fix a problem and maintain the high standard. Btw when she is there we found the quality of the breakfast to be one of the best we’ve ever had and we travel a great deal for both business and pleasure. So overall thank you!

I want to give special thank you shout out to Karina, at the front desk. We stayed at your hotel while visiting town for a friends black tie wedding. When I took my gown out of the garment bag and put it on, my zipper completely broke. Karina SAVED me when I called down to reception and explained my crisis. She sprung into action and got several sewing kits and sewed the side of the dress in place of the zipper (from my hip to my bust). Without her quick thinking and savvy handwork, I would have missed the wedding! She is a lifesaver and I truly cannot thank her enough for her willingness to make the impossible happen. Staff like Karina is what sets your property apart. I cannot thank her enough for her determination and perservence. She is a gem!

I didn’t quite get the name of the lady working on Monday 6 July at reception in the morning/early afternoon but she went above and beyond to help us and gave us lots of options for when our flight got cancelled that day. She was super informative and supportive the entire time, if it wasn’t for her then I don’t know what we would have ended up doing as she helped us find a good quote for a good car rental to drive to Palermo. The breakfast staff were also always really lovely and provided excellent service at all times - cannot fault any of them. It’s certainly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in so thank you so so much to Villa Fiorita for making our honeymoon so special and memorable. It’s the first hotel we’ve ever stayed at that made us want to stay there again! Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, incredible location. And thank you for our complimentary bottle of wine in our room! We had an absolutely wonderful experience and loved every moment of our time there. Every encounter with the staff was special, and we were treated like family. Our room was outstanding, and it was tidied and restocked beautifully twice a day. The food is incredible and the staff made it so memorable, relaxing, and fun. She took special care to get to know us, make us laugh, provide recommendations, help us practice our Italian, and ensure we had the best time possible - we will remember her forever. Such a beautiful place, in a very relaxing setting. We only stayed one night, as we were traveling between cities. But I would have loved to have been there longer, and explored your walking paths and the grounds in general. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner and service were both excellent.

Your hotel is a real gem. It was situated nicely, easy to walk to most restaurants, shops and historical sites. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Service was excellent and the breakfast had just about anything a person could want to eat. The pool was amazing with pool service, an infinity pool, and breath taking views. Myself and my boyfriend want to specifically compliment Marija and her male colleague who work at breakfast and lunch. Their service and attention to detail, including where we had sat and what we had drank in previous days, was exceptional. She is an asset to your property and a truly wonderful hospitality professional. Similarly, both of the male bar staff are excellent. The snacks provided with drinks really add to the experience. More generally, while we didn’t encounter anyone from the kitchen personally, we want to compliment them on the excellent quality of their cooking.
