We LOVED our stay at Piccolo. In particular, i'd like to point out Dmitry, Chris and Armando as having displaced exceptional customer service during our stay (we were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary). I would also like to point out that we had a scheduling mishap (our fault, not Piccolo) and the team was able to accommodate and secure us a room for an additional night. Thank you so much!

Your management team is A* and your business model is superb. Keep doing what you’re doing because you deserve to keep succeeding. My wife and I had an amazing time, and every member of your team has been fantastic throughout our stay. I particularly loved the WhatsApp service and the shuttle service for getting around the coast — both made everything so easy and added to the whole experience. Thank you again for everything you have done for us. You have a truly spectacular hotel, and we will definitely be back! Best wishes, Mehul

Enjoyed our stay and particularly appreciated the staff’s attentiveness. We had been promised a king bedded room but got a large double bed. One side of the bed was hard to get to due to the bed’s positioning.

2026-08-25
