All staff were exceptional. Honestly from the moment we went to breakfast, the beach club, the shuttle bus, reception staff, the staff who serviced our room, the water taxi, the staff in the spa it was outstanding. We got lost on the first evening in Positano called the hotel and the shuttle bus driver looked for us and picked us up ❤️ My husband mentioned his mosquito bites at breakfast- next thing we had repellent. This hotel has the “IT” factor it really is exceptional. Every day I was most thankful and the views were breathtaking. I pinched myself in the Le Agavi and can never forget or thank everyone enough for the most special, incredible memories. My heart was truly filled with your infinite care to every detail. The charter to Capri was exceptional. When we return to Positano without doubt it will be in the Le Agavi. God Bless with many thanks Margaret and Andrew xx

The concierge was exceptional. Helped a lot with planning our dinners. We also asked for a fan because the room was so hot, and the concierge delivered one promptly. The property is beautiful, as are the views. The room service was very amenable each day. We appreciate their flexibility. We ordered breakfast foods between 12pm and 1pm every day (after breakfast had closed), and it was never an issue. The shuttle transfer service to Positano was really great to have and an amazing perk.

Our original room was disappointing and there was work happening late at night with painting and drilling. The wi fi was disconnected. The manager (Sonia?) was extremely helpful and upgraded us to a very good room. She turned our first night negative experience in to a positive experience that would make us recommend the hotel to our contacts. Also the shuttle drivers were very helpful and friendly. We just found the 1 hour rotation a bit long but we understand Positano is a difficult traffic location.

Chris from the the beach club helped us to book a connecting boat to our ferry to Capri. He knew we didn't speak Italian and approached us right away to help communicate with our boat skipper and host who was waiting for us at Le Agavi Pier. Very appreciative of this young gentleman who was initiative and brilliant. All the other staff we encountered were also very polite and wonderful and I felt we were so well-looked after. I went to the La Serra alone with my daughter on the 29/5 and the Maitre'D at La Serra took care of us when we were there. Special appreciation to helping us get our bill expeditiously and making sure we were ok. Overall everyone at the hotel gave us an excellent welcome! Would love to return to Le Agavi.

My daughter and I had 4 nights at Le Agavi, and we loved every minute. All the staff are so friendly and super helpful. The Shuttle Bus was fantastic, and I loved being a little out of the town. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views was very special. It was a magical 4 days and cannot wait to return.

There’s one driver night shift (I forgot his name but he has a wife who’s a teacher), he was so kind not to rush me and let me finish my food cause we have time and offer drop us at the Vincenzo cause it’s on the way.
