I want to send my thanks to every staff member we spoke to or dealt with during our stay, as everyone was really helpful and welcoming. I didn't catch everyones name but Ivan, Sonia and the rest of the reception team, Guiseppe at the pool area, all the drivers who operated the shuttle bus to and from the town and the bellmen who helped us with our bags.

We had an amazing visit starting with a warm welcome from Melania. The staff was si friendly and the hotel us just beautiful. The room was lovely as was turn down service and room cleaning. Staff were all very friendly. The concierge was so helpful showing us to the room and explaining the locations for other activities. In addition, my daughter’s luggage was lost and they went above and beyond to try and retrieve it before we left. The failure was American Airlines and not the staff who called the airport to try and get that luggage. Many thanks to them for their efforts.

This is our favorite hotel in the world. Every single person at the hotel we encountered was just wonderful from assistance with dinner reservations to the shuttle to helping us get around. I was blown away by the helpfulness of ALL of the staff. My first day, Guiseppe was incredibly attentive at the pool. I then spent most of my time at the Beach where Christian and the others were very helpful and attentive. The waiters/servers were also wonderful there! At Remmese for dinner, I was blown away by how the chef accommodated my order since I was by myself so that i could enjoy a meal that was for 2 people on the menu. It was one of the best meals I had in Positano. The boat staff, like Mossimo, made me feel safe and comfortable! The breakfast staff--all of them, were so kind and welcoming with a smile. Finally, I have to give a shout out to the concierge team, and Ivan, who were patient and beyond helpful as I explored my dinner options while there. They were very kind and warm with all of my questions! I cannot wait to come back!

The receptionist Malania was soooo sweet and warm. She remembered my name everytime we saw her. Matteo was great and provided great service at the beach club. We met Emelia the Sommelier at La Serra and she educated us on our wine selection. The shuttle bus driver Antonini was very entertaining and made us laugh after a long night of travel. We will be back!!!!

We spent a week at Le Agavi in early July and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was incredible. While I cannot remember all the names, I would say that the pool staff and bartender was super friendly and helpful. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast was quick, happy and always so attentive to our needs. The front desk staff was always eager to answer our questions, make reservations and help us with anything we needed. The shuttle drivers were kind and always on time with a smile. We thought everyone at the beach and the beach restaurant were great and also the water taxi. Big shout out to Joe, the boat driver we had for our 4 hour trip up and down the coast. He was fantastic! Thank you and we hope to come back again someday!

Everyone was really nice, polite, helpful and kind. From the person at the reception, to the cleaning ladies, to the waiter at the restaurants (both). It was a really great experience which I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s going to Positano! The only bad thing that happen to my stay would be the problem my boyfriend encountered with the cleaning clothes service which damaged his polo Loro Piana by washing it not correctly… which made his pretty upset. But it’s on process, he already contacted the hotel to see what can be done to repair the damages.

Giuseppe at the bar by the pool and was an incredibly warm and helpful presence! The young lady who helped us at the front desk was extremely helpful - I am sorry to not recall her name. She was lovely, with glasses, spoke excellent English, was extremely courteous and helpful, had excellent suggestions for restaurants we could visit, answered all of our questions, and made us feel very welcome. ALL of the staff at Remesse were wonderful, we ate there two nights in a row because we enjoyed their hospitality and friendliness so much. They made us feel very welcome, were friendly and entertaining, made excellent gin martini's!, and simple overall provided us with an excellent dining experience - definitely some of the best food we have had in all of our time in Italy.

Everything was perfect. But I have a comment. First, we had a room by funicular who was close to a room on work ( painting). I suggested to change and the lady nicely accepted. But it would had been better to not have been in this situation. ( staff has to know and check availability for a room without work close by).
