In Tony's case, we arrived at the pickup area for a return trip on the shuttle after 9:30 PM. Thinking we would have to wait for an hour, We were quite surprised when shortly after, Tony drove into the pickup area. He told us that he thought that the 9:30 shuttle was very full, so he thought returning early was indicated. He didn't need to arrive early, but he cared about the guest's needs. The room was lovely as was turn down service and room cleaning. Staff were all very friendly. The concierge was so helpful showing us to the room and explaining the locations for other activities. In addition, my daughter’s luggage was lost and they went above and beyond to try and retrieve it before we left.
