Thank you to all staff/front desk to the Kitchen/waiters for your outstanding hospitality. I was there for an event and was pleasantly surprised at all those involved to make the time more enjoyable. From a buongiorno in the corridor to assisting me with my dietary needs (which was late minute), all was done with courtesy. Well done

We didn’t stay at the hotel this time, but we will on our next visit to Rome. We stopped in for breakfast before a tour, and everything was delicious. Everyone we encountered—the hostess, the waitstaff, the front desk, and management—was welcoming and friendly. What a wonderful way to start the day! It was so delightful that we returned the next morning, and it was even better. The staff were genuinely happy to see us again and made us feel truly welcome. A memorable experience.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service throughout our visit. The entire team was exceptionally warm, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was truly impressive, and we felt extremely well looked after from beginning to end.
